Our Objectives
Our objective is to promote or maintain independence in the home, by offering a high quality of personal care which is the foundation of that independence.We will encourage and promote independence and freedom of choice regarding all personal care requirements.
Service users and/or representatives will be continually informed, at the same time respecting the service users’ health, safety, rights, privacy, and dignity at all times.
Personal care worker/s will continually monitor care requirements, recording and reporting any recommendations or concerns that may help to improve the Service User’s care situation.
Care Times and Contact Information
Care services are available from 7:00 to 22:00, seven days a week.
Office Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 17:00
- Friday: 09:00 to 15:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: Closed
Out of Office Hours Support
For out-of-office hours, weekends, and bank holidays, an on-call telephone contact is managed by a senior staff member. They will be able to address any requests or concerns you may have.
